Founder & Senior Advocate

Egyptian National, graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Cairo, Egypt. Khalid has been practicing since 1989. He is a prominent member of Legal Researches and Studies Centre, Cairo and has published many researches and studies in various branches of Law. He began his career in the UAE since 1996 where he worked with a leading Law Firm in Dubai and has been successful in founding Al Midfa & Associates since 1997 alongside Mr. Sami Al Midfa. He is licensed as an Advocate before Dubai High Courts and the Federal Courts in the UAE and Egypt. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is also registered with The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
